Shipping policy
At Preppy Rugrat, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience with efficient processing and reliable shipping. Our goal is to deliver your orders promptly so you can enjoy our products without delay. We offer flat-rate shipping of $8.95 on all standard orders within the continental United States.
Orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipment. Please note that processing time excludes weekends and holidays. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping, so all orders are shipped using standard delivery. However, we strive to ensure timely arrival of your items.
We ship throughout the continental United States, but at this time, we do not offer international shipping. Once your order is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. After the order ships, a second email will be sent with tracking information to keep you updated on its status.
In the future, once our physical location opens, you will also have the option for in-store pickup. Please note that we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have been processed.
