About Our Boutique

Where is your store located?

We are currently an online-only baby and children’s boutique, with our brick-and-mortar location opening soon at Brannon Crossing in Nicholasville, Kentucky.

What types of products do you carry?

We offer a curated collection of high-quality products, including:

Ordering, Shipping & Payments

 Do you offer online shopping?

Yes! You can shop 24/7 at preppyrugratboutique.com. Once our physical location opens, you’ll also have the option for in-store pickup.

What is your shipping fee?

We offer flat-rate shipping of $8.95 on all standard orders within the continental U.S.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Not at this time. Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Do you ship outside of Kentucky?

Yes, we ship throughout the continental United States.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay for online orders.

How will I know when my order ships?

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is processed and shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Orders are processed quickly. Please email us immediately at info@preppyrugratboutique.com if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

 How do I use a promo code or gift card?

Enter your code at checkout in the promo/gift card field before completing your order. Only one code can be used per transaction unless otherwise stated.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer exchanges only within 10 days of purchase.

  • No refunds (cash or credit card) will be issued.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Sale and clearance items are final sale.
  • Due to hygiene concerns, items like pacifiers, teethers, bottles, or personal care products are not eligible for exchange.

How do I request an exchange for an online order?

Email us at info@preppyrugratboutique.com within 10 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Gift Cards, Registry & Services

Can I purchase a gift card?

Yes! Digital gift cards are available on our website in various denominations. Physical gift cards will also be available once our store opens.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping will be available soon, both online and in-store. Stay tuned!

Do you offer a baby registry?

Yes, a full-service baby registry will be available both in-store and online. We’re happy to help you build the perfect list of essentials.

Do you offer private shopping appointments?

Once our store opens, yes! We’ll offer private appointments for gift buyers, new parents, or anyone who wants a personalized experience.

Product & Inventory Questions

Are your strollers and cribs safety certified?

Yes. All large gear, including strollers, high chairs, and baby beds, meet or exceed current U.S. safety standards. We work exclusively with trusted, high-quality brands.

Do you restock sold-out items?

In many cases, yes, but restocks depend on vendor availability. For notifications, sign up for restock alerts on the product page or follow us on Instagram and Facebook.

Do you offer sibling matching or coordinating outfits?

We do! Check out our “Sibling Sets” or “Matching Moments” collection online or ask a team member in-store once we open.

Are all online items available in-store?

Most of our inventory is shared between online and in-store, but some items may be exclusive to one channel. Email us if you’re looking for something specific.

Do you assemble baby furniture or deliver locally?

We currently do not offer local delivery or assembly services, but we’re happy to provide setup guidance or connect you with brand-specific customer support.
