Exchange Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Preppy Rugrat. If something isn’t quite right, our exchange policy makes it easy to find the perfect fit or product for your little one.

We have a 10-day exchange policy. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It is unworn and unused.
  • It has all original tags attached and is returned in its original packaging.
  • You provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Preppy Rugrat Personalized & Custom Item Policy

At Preppy Rugrat,every personalized order is created with care and attention to detail. Because these items are made uniquely for you, we want to be clear about our return and refund policy.

**Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items**

All personalized, monogrammed, customized, or made-to-order items are considered final sale. Once production has begun — including embroidery, printing, engraving, or any form of customization — the item cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for any reason.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Incorrect name spelling, monogram order, or personalization details submitted by the customer.
  • Change of mind after order confirmation.
  • Sizing issues or gift preferences.
  • Shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers or third-party services.

  • Customer Responsibility

    Customers are responsible for ensuring all personalization details are correct at the time the order is placed. Please double-check names, initials, dates, colors, and product options before checkout.
    Preppy Rugrat cannot be held responsible for errors provided by the customer during order submission.

    If We Make an Error

    In the unlikely event that Preppy Rugrat makes a mistake in the personalization (e.g., spelling or design does not match the confirmed order), we will replace or correct the item at no additional cost.
    Requests must be made within seven (7) days of delivery, accompanied by photos of the incorrect item and the original order confirmation.

    Acknowledgment of Policy

    By placing an order for a personalized or custom product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-return, no-exchange policy in full.

    Meeting these requirements helps us ensure a hassle-free exchange for you.

    To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@preppyrugratboutique.com. Include your order number and reason for the exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
